Sarah has worked within education as a qualified teacher for over 20 years and in that time has worked in a variety of different schools, from busy, inner city establishments to small rural communities. She has developed a keen interest and specialism in additional support needs - educational and emotional - and a passion for all things health and well-being related.
This passion has led her to pursue additional training to meet the needs of loved ones as well as the learning communities she has worked within. Sarah holds additional qualifications in mindfulness and meditation for children and adults, grief and loss education, has trained as a Mental Health Champion with Place2be, and attended Reiki, NLP and sound healing workshops.
Mindfulness has had a big impact on her own day to day life, helping her to navigate the ups and downs of this busy modern life we all find ourselves living in. It has helped her to become more aware of her thought patterns and habits that have undermined her own mental well-being, giving her more agency over thoughts and actions.
It is Sarah’s heart-felt intention to share this simple, yet powerful habit to help others find a way of being in their everyday life that helps them to live a happier, more contented life.
